A slow day at practice
Yesterday big news broke that Dominique Foxworth tore an ACL, today the Baltimore Ravens were lucky enough to not have any major injuries in training camp.
The crowded died down, there was also less media here today. Only the beat writers and a few bloggers came to watch the practice and attend practice.
The biggest story was the fight between defensive tackle Art Jones and offensive tackle Bryan Mattison. Things can get heated in training camp, guys are fighting to earn jobs and sometimes tempers flare.
Wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth looked great today, easily beating anybody that was trying to cover him, he had great speed.
Quarter back Marc Bulger had his first press conference as a Raven. He said he is learning from quarter back Joe Flacco, after he learns the system he will give Flacco some pointers.
