Ravens re-sign long snapper Nick Moore

The Baltimore Ravens re-signed their long snapper Nick Moore to a two-year contract, the team announced yesterday. Moore’s contract is worth $2.5 million which is manageable. Moore is 30 years old and one of the top long snappers in the NFL, he drew interest from other teams.

Moore will continue to get to long snap for future Hall of Famer Justin Tucker. Moore replaced long time Ravens long snapper Morgan Cox in 2020 after playing for the Tampa Bay Vipers in the XFL.

I think it is good for the Ravens to keep their special teams unit together. The long snapping position has always been a strong unit for the Ravens and has helped Justin Tuck have the career that he has had.
