Manziel fined for flipping off the Redskins
Cleveland Browns backup quarterback Johnny Manziel has been fined $12,000 for his gesture to the Washington Redskins bench on Monday, according to Adam Schefter. Here is the original story on Manziel’s middle finger and here is the Redskins’ reaction to it.
The fine is extremely small and little more than a warning to Manziel. Manziel has already been an off the field head case to the Browns and the first-round pick will be starting the season on the bench. Manziel had everything going for him – including a chance to win the Browns’ starting job. Instead, Manziel partied all off season and got way too full of himself.
