After exactly 353 days since he tore the ACL in his right knee, superstar defensive end Chase Young has made his triumphant return to practice with The Commanders.

In his first statements to the media, Young stated his rehabilitation was neither slower nor faster than he expected. Although, Young said that he "felt real good" and that he "felt real springy... Just like a football player again."

So, with this exciting news for the Commanders, hopefully they can sustain better defensive line play compared to last year and utilize Young's playmaking abilities.

Of course, Young will have to wait to lace up for the games as Coach Ron Rivera said "It's probably jumping the gun" to expect Young to play on Sunday against the Vikings.

Fans can remain hopeful, as it seems likelier Young will return the week after for Monday Night Football against the Eagles.
