Baltimore Ravens add DB Cook off waivers

The Baltimore Ravens have released this press release stating a couple roster moves.

The Baltimore Ravens have claimed DB Emanuel Cook from NFL waivers, pending the passing of a physical.

Released by the New York Jets on Nov. 28, Cook is a second-year player who has seen action in 12 career games, including eight this season. He has one tackle and one forced fumble from scrimmage during his career, adding six special teams stops.

Cook originally signed with New York as a rookie free agent in 2009.

To make room for the roster move, Baltimore waived rookie LB Josh Bynes from the 53-man squad.

Waiving Bynes can only mean one thing, that Ray Lewis is planning to play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.
