The Wizards are looking for a bounce back victory tomorrow night against the reigning NBA Champions.
Wizards Preview-Washington will try to rebound from its first loss of the season, against the defending champions. After shooting forty-one percent from the field on Wednesday night, the Wizards need to get improvement from starting guard, John Wall, who was 7-22 and forward Kelly Oubre Jr., who was 4-10 from the field. Also, forward Mike Scott, who was 2-10 off the bench, and had to play twenty-five minutes after Otto Porter Jr., fouled out, needs to give a Washington a spark off the bench, and also break out of his slump, in which he is shooting 3-15 from the field. Finally, the Wizards have to hope Beal and Wall will get fouled more, and get more opportunities from the free throw line. Against the Lakers, the two combined for 10 free throw attempts, which is a far cry from the previous three games, in which they were averaging eighteen, eighteen and twenty-five shots per game. Warriors Preview-Golden State is averaging over 120 points a game, which ranks them second in the league. Stephen Curry leads the team averaging 29.2 points per game, which includes being perfect from the free throw line this season, and shooting forty-seven percent from the field. Kevin Durant, enters the game averaging twenty-five points per game, which includes shooting fifty percent and over from not only the field, but from the threw point arc. The area that Durant is currently struggling is from the free throw line, in which he is shooting only sixty-eight percent. Finally, guard Klay Thompson is averaging 21.2 ppg, and has been hot from the field, as he is shooting fifty-one from the field and forty-seven from three point country. The magic number for a Warriors win is 120 points. So far, in the three victories for Golden State, they are averaging 126 points a game, and are shooting fifty-four percent from the field.
