Jah Reid arrested
Baltimore Ravens backup lineman Jah Reid has been arrested and charged with two misdemeanor battery charges, according to Jeff Zrebiec. Reid apparently got into an altercation at a bar in Key West, Reid is 6’7′ 340 so you can do the math on what happened.
Reid is the third Ravens player to be arrested this off season and I already wrote an article on why the arrest are a distraction and bad PR. Ray Rice and Deonte Thompson have been arrested earlier this off season.
In Reid’s case getting arrested does not do him any favors. The former third-round pick is a backup player and is not set to win any starting jobs. Reid has struggled to stay healthy and has not lived up to expectations.
The charges are only misdemeanor’s and it seems like he was just in a little bar fight but it is still a bad look for the Ravens.
