Christian Djoos Named AHL/CCM Player of the Week

For the first time, well since I can remember, a Hershey Bear was named the AHL/CCM Player of the Week. Pretty damn impressive considering there are 31 teams with over 20 per roster.
And that player is Christian Djoos: DJOOOOOOOOOOOOOS!!!
Yes, its a thing!
Djoos had himself a 7 point weekend as the Bears swept all 3 of their weekend games: Friday at WBS, Saturday vs Springfield and Sunday at Lehigh.
Friday, he had an assist in Moulson’s goal in the 1st.
Saturday, Djoos had a beautiful bar down Power Play Goal and 2 assists.
Sunday, he tallied 3 assists at Lehigh.
His Power Play Goal was his first since February 26th, 2017 in Bridgeport, damn almost 3 years.
Configurations to the 25-year-old on his big weekend, as it helped the Bears not only sweep the weekend but also take Hershey to 1st in the Atlantic.
