Capitals look to get back to winning ways against the Flames
Game 10- Washington (4-3-2) at Calgary (5-5)
TV: 4pm NBC Sports Washington
Last game: Washington lost to Edmonton 4-1
Goal scorer: Buraovsky
Goalie: Braden Holtby-28 saves
The Calgary Flames are coming off their worst loss in some time, and it wont get any easier as the defending Stanley Cup champion Washington Capitals come to town. If that’s not bad enough they come in hungry and angry after losing to the Oiler two nights ago 4-1. The positive out of the game against the Oilers for the Capitals was that forward Andre Burakovsky ended it goalless start with the teams only goal of the game. Hopefully that will bring some confidence to him and the team going into Calgary.
At practice on Friday afternoon, Braden Holtby stayed on ice with the other healthy scratches in what looks to be a chance for Pheonix Copley to get back between the pipes for the Caps.
Here looks to be the lines for the Caps as they ran during practice on Friday:
Ovechkin-Kuznetsov-Vrana
Burakovsky-Backstrom-Oshie
Stephenson-Eller-Connolly
DSP-Dowd-Jaskin
Kempny-Carlson
Orlov-Niskanen
Orpik-Bowey
Pheonix Copley between the pipes
