Baltimore Ravens Sign Willie Snead to a Two Year Offer Sheet
The Baltimore Ravens have signed Willie Snead to a two year 10.5 million dollar deal. The New Orleans Saints now have five days to match, or beat the Ravens deal since Snead is considered a restricted free-agent
The undrafted receiver out of Ball State has averaged 70.5 catches, 930 yards in his past two seasons with the New Orleans. He has had roles as the Saints second and third receiver on the depth charts.
The Saints have added and Cameron Meredith this offseason, and might add younger talent in the draft, so looks like Snead is going to be the odd man out in the Saints receiver core unless they match the Ravens offer.
