Tommy Hunter aims to continue the Orioles winning streak
The Baltimore Orioles are sending RHP Tommy Hunter to the mound to complete a four-game sweep of the Cleveland Indians. The Orioles are also looking to win a season high six streak games. Hunter went 7 1-3rd innings in his last start for the Orioles and only allowed a run. Hunter has been prone to giving up the long ball and hopes to repeat his last performance.
The Orioles will be facing RHP Justin Masterson who has a 6-8 record on the season and a 4.29 era. The Orioles lineup will be missing J.J. Hardy who will get a rare day off. Hardy’s bat has been coming on as of late, he hit an early 2-run home run in yesterdays game.
Here is the Orioles lineup according to Dan Connolly.
Orioles lineup vs Indians Markakis 9, Chavez 7, Thome dh, Jones 8, Wieters 2, Betemit 5, Davis 3, Flaherty 4, Quintanilla 6. Hunter 1.
