The Baltimore Ravens signed defensive tackle Michael Pierce to a three-year deal reportedly worth $16.5 million.
Pierce spent his first four season in Baltimore before singing with the Minnesota Vikings in 2020. After opting out of the 2020 season, Pierce returned in 2021 to play in eight games recording 20 total tackles and three sacks.
Pierce returns to Baltimore as the Ravens look to fill the need at the defensive tackle position. With Brandon Williams gone and Calais Campbell’s future with the team unknown, Pierce will look to have a major impact for the Ravens defense in 2022.
