Ravens promote Supernaw, place Pitta on injured reserve
The Baltimore Ravens have promoted Phillip Supernaw from the practice squad and place Dennis Pitta on injured reserve. The Ravens lost Pitta on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns from a dislocated hip.
Supernaw was signed in the offseason but had little chance at making the team. Supernaw played well in the preseason and made the Ravens practice squad.
Emmanuel Ogbuehi has also been signed to the practice squad, according to Aaron Wilson. Here is the tweet from Aaron Wilson about the transactions.
