Ravens Notes 5/31/18
The #Ravens frequently mix and match line combinations this time of year, so I wouldn't read much into this. It was still interesting seeing Lewis practice at center after much discussion about that possibility the last two offseasons.

Ravens tinkered with the o-line today. They’re experimenting with who the best five will be.
Last week: Stanley, Lewis, Skura, Eluemunor (will be Yanda), Hurst
This week: Stanley, Hurst, Lewis, Skura (will be Yanda), Brown

Echoing the thoughts of others, Joe Flacco has looked very sharp and has thrown a number of deep balls right on the money the last two weeks. #Ravens

Thursday's practice was a bad one for the Ravens wide receivers. Rookie fifth-round pick Jordan Lasley had three drops, and John Brown, Willie Snead and Breshad Perriman each had passes go off their hands. Baltimore needs more consistent play from its… https://t.co/9hzjnIW7O3

Joe Flacco is passing the ball at a different level than the other three quarterbacks on the Ravens roster right now. He has been throwing tight spirals and showing good touch on deep throws into tight coverage. On Thursday, Flacco connected with Chris… https://t.co/rUO8JMP9C8

Chris Moore had a strong day, making a deep one-handed catch against Brandon Carr in coverage and then a leaping grab in the end zone. #Ravens

One player to watch out for to lead the Ravens in catches is Willie Snead. He may not get the most yards or TDs, but he can grab a lot of passes from the slot. He must’ve caught 6 or so today, and he clearly knows what he’s doing. Getting a nice little rapport with Flacco.

John Harbaugh said Anthony Levine is still working his way back to full strength from offseason foot surgery. Unsure if he'll participate in minicamp. Nick Boyle was excused today for a family matter. #Ravens

John Harbaugh said someone on the practice field joked that the Ravens completed more deep balls at practice today than they did all last offseason. Point taken: Flacco has looked very sharp throwing deep, and other QBs airing it out, too.
