Breaking: Maryland AD Anderson Out

According to a Maryland spokesperson, Maryland athletic director Kevin Anderson has been place on administrative leave with pay through august. University president Wallace Loh was reportedly upset when Anderson tried to to get the same role from the University of California. This likely ends Anderson’s 7-year tenure at Maryland. There are conflicting reports about when and if Anderson has been formally fired. A statement from the University is expected later today.
