No. 16 Maryland looks to finish 2022 on a high note vs Minnesota

After a wonderful Christmas gift of defeating Purdue University at Fort Wayne. Maryland is back at home for the last 2022 home game against Minnesota.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers are 8-5 on the year led by former WNBA champion Lindsey Whalen but have yet to find success on the road regardless of conference play. Where Maryland is 3-2 on the season so far.

Minnesota is a very youth group this season and is entirely composed of freshmen so expect this game to be a growing pain for the Golden Gophers. This has been shown on the road but they do have one win on a neutral site
