AEW Revolution PPV Preview

This Sunday March 7th from Jacksonville Flordia marks the return of AEW to PPV with Revolution 2021, the first PPV of 2021. The action is taking place at Daily’s Place inside of The Jaguars stadium. A lot of great matches are on the card and we will give you the rundown right here. Be sure to order the PPV thru the FITE app or Bleacher Report. We will have the full results available on MSB immediately following the event.

Paul Wight announced this past Wednesday night on Dynamite that a new “hall of fame” caliber guy will be making his debut. Many speculate either Brock Lesnar or CM Punk , but im skeptical on both of those guys.

Here is the lineup with my predictions

AEW World Championship Match- Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match

Kenny Omega (c) vs Jon Moxley- I think Omega will retain, simply because AEW tends to leave the title on its champions for while. Should be a action packed match that will be sure to match your stomach turn. not sure how this can be a sanctioned match.

AEW Women’s Championship

Hikaru Shida(c) vs Ryo Mizunami- I am taking Hikaru Shida to continue her long title reign. She is the best female on the roster. Hopefully AEW begins to push britt baker, Tay Conti or Penelope Ford as they would be legitimate threats to the title.

AEW Tag Team Championships

The Young Bucks (c) vs The Inner Circle (MJF and Chris Jericho)

Something tells me that Sammy Guevara shows up and causes MJF and Chris Jericho to lose. The AEW tag team division is the best division in all of pro wrestling and taking the titles from The Young Bucks would be a mistake, they can give great matches with anybody. I feel when they drop them it needs to be to a legit tag team.

Street Fight- Brian Cage and Ricky Starks vs TNT Champion Darby Allin and Sting

I am going with Sting and Allin in this one. 62 year old Sting makes his in ring debut. hopefully he can hang. If he can this should be a very interesting match. If he cant then AEW needs to let Starks and Allin do majority of the spots as they are pure gold.

Big Money Match- Hangman Adam Page vs Matt Hardy

My gut tells me Matt Hardy finds a way to win the match with help from Private Party and TH2.

Face of the Revolution Ladder Match- Winner earns a TNT Title match

Cody Rhodes vs Scorpio Sky vs Penta El Zero Meido vs Lance Archer vs Max Caster

This is a hard match to predict but I will go with the biggest guy in the match Lance Archer.

Miro and Kip Sabian vs Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor

Miro and Kip Sabian walk away with the win, Miro is just to much to handle.

Casino Tag Team Royale- Pretty much every other tag team on the roster that is not already on the card. Winners get a tag team title match.

Long shot here but I am taking Ortiz and Santana to win it all.

Be sure to check back after the event for a complete rundown and results.
