It has been 17 years since The Orioles were perched atop the AL east at the end of the season. Now the Os are AL East champs with 11 games to play. Take a look at some of what has happened since the Orioles were last AL East champs.

Obviously a lot more has happened since 1997, but here’s to hoping that we don’t have to have another 17 year wait.
