Week 5 NFL Picks + NCAA Top 25 Pick

Being very busy that weekend, I missed the first week of picking games in the NFL, but after finishing last week 10-5 and picking Troy to upset then #25 LSU (two out of three with my NCAA Top 25 Upset pick – would have been all three if Iowa could have held on against #4 Penn State two weeks ago), I’m now 24-24 overall.

Here are my picks for week five of the NFL and my NCAA Top 25 Upset alert pick (picks are in BOLD) all teams are EST:

Thursday, October 5th:

New England Patriots (2-2) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) 8:30 PM

Saturday, October 6th:

My NCAA Top 25 Upset Alert Pick: Michigan State (3-1)  at #7 Michigan (4-0) 7:30 PM … My heart wants SO bad to pick Maryland (3-1) OVER #10 Ohio State (4-0) in Columbus, Ohio 4 PM, but I’m going with my gut this week.

Sunday, October 7th:

Buffalo Bills (3-1) at Cincinnati Bengals (1-3) 1:00 PM

New York Jets (2-2) at Cleveland Browns (0-4) 1:00 PM

Carolina Panthers (3-1) at Detroit Lions (3-1) 1:00 PM (BEST GAME OF THE WEEK)
