Washington Selects Jamin Davis With the 19th Pick
The pick is in! The Washington Football Team has selected LB out of Kentucky, Jamin Davis. Davis is a physical linebacker with great instincts and discipline. Behind the Washington front seven, there will never be a first down rush all year. If Ron Rivera can move Landon Collins to linebacker, their core of Collins, Holcomb, and Davis will be among the best in the league.
Davis doesn’t have any large weaknesses but his route recognition could see some improvement. There is no doubt in many experts’ minds though that he will improve in that category. Davis should be another star in this already spectacular Washington defense.
Tomorrow should be a big day for Washington. Look out for the team to draft a LT, QB and/or S. The team has 3 picks in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.
