Nationals lineup: 5/23/19

After dropping the first three games of the series, the Washington Nationals will once again take on the New York Mets in the final game of their four game series and will look to avoid a sweep before returning home this weekend.

Last night, the Nationals held a 1-0 lead through most of the game, until the bullpen would once again give up several runs, and it would end in a 6-1 loss.

Now, the Nationals hold a 19-30 record, looking to get back on track in the N.L. East division race.

Today’s pitching matchup will feature RHP Stephen Strasburg (4-3, 3.32 ERA) facing off against LHP Steven Matz (3-3, 3.96 ERA).
