Washington Capitals Win Metropolitan Division

After a great win against divisional rival, the Pittsburgh Penguins the Washington Capitals have officially won the Metropolitan Division.

This is the third year in a row they have won the Metropolitan Division and currently have 103 points. Good news is they won’t win the Presidents Trophy for most points in the league like they have won the past few season, so could this mean it’s the Caps year?

Hopefully a team like Boston, or Tampa Bay sees Pittsburgh in the second round. The Capitals will more than likely play the Philadelphia Flyers or Columbus Blue Jackets in the first round.
