Washington Capitals Affiliate South Carolina Sting Rays Win 1,000 Game
The Washington Capitals ECHL affiliate South Carolina Stingrays won there 1,000 game of the there franchise beating the Orlando Solar Bears 3-2 in a shootout.
They became the second ECHL franchise along side the Wheeling Nailers to reach this milestone. Since the Greenwald family purchased the team in the 90’s they have won three Kelly Cups.
