Wade steals the show as Heat top Wizards

The Washington Wizards lose to the Miami Heat 108-113 Saturday night.

Jeff Green led all Wizards with 25 points, six rebounds. Thomas Bryant and Bobby Portis each had double-doubles.

On the other side of the ball, the Miami Heat had a great game from one of its best players. Dwyane Wade closed with 20 points on 9 for 16 shooting, plus nine rebounds and five assists. Bam Adebayo finished with 16 points, 11 rebounds, eight assists and four blocks. Miami also got plenty of help from others as Josh Richardson scored 18 and Dion Waiters scored 19.

Trailing late in the fourth, Washington had a chance to tie, but Thomas Satoransky missed a three-pointer with 23 seconds left. And then Olynyk’s dunk essentially sealed it.

The Wizards play the Lakers Tuesday Night.
