The Georgetown Hoyas mens basketball team were defeated by the Villanova Wildcats 88 to 56. The Wildcats came to the Washington DC tonight and put on quite a show from start to finish. The Wildcats came out just shooting lights out taking an early commanding 11-4 lead over the Hoyas.
The Hoyas started slow and that was the theme of the night for them only putting up 56 points. Villanova Relied on their three point shooting to carry them all night long and it really worked out well for them as they shot 51% from downtown.
Georgetown seemed to struggle all night long with Villanova’s high power attacked. There were a few questionable travel calls that went unnoticed from the officials but its not like it mattered as Villanova cruised to a 88-56 victory
