Tom Flacco to transfer to Towson University

Another Flacco is coming to Baltimore. Joe Flacco’s brother Tom Flacco is leaving Rutgers University to come to Towson University.  Tom Flacco is 23 years old which is old for a college quarterback.

Tom was a walk-on at Rutgers and started his career at Western Michigan. He is a mobile QB who would been way down the depth chart at Rutgers and will now have a shot to start at Towson.

Flacco will have two years of eligibility after not playing a snap last year at Rutgers.  Flacco wiuld have been a fourth string quarterback at Rutgers but may have more of an opportunity at Towson to get playing time.

Towson will be getting an experienced quarterback that may fit in right away.
