Tigers Men’s Basketball Team to Play in Islands of the Bahamas Showcase
The Towson Tigers Men’s Basketball team will play their in-season tournament in Nassau, Bahamas for the 2018-2019 basketball season. The main headliner in the Islands of the Bahamas Showcase this year will be Loyola-Chicago, fresh off a Final Four appearance. Other opponents include, Pepperdine, Incarnate Word, Georgia Southern, Florida Atlantic Miami (OH) and North Dakota State.
The Tigers faced Georgia Southern last season in their in-season tournament, a Gulf Coast Showcase matchup in which the Tigers were victorious 70-67.
The tournament is set to take place between November 16-18, 2018.
