The Ravens select S Geno Stone with the 219th pick in the 2020 NFL draft

The Baltimore Ravens selected Iowa S Geno Stone with the 219th pick in the 2020 NFL draft. Stone was the Ravens last pick in the 2020 draft, in an eventful draft for the Ravens. The Ravens made several draft day trades to bulk up their roster.

Stone is limited physically one what he can do. Stone is listed at 5’10” 207 which is small for a safety and his 40-yard dash clocked at 4.62 which is good to cover tight ends.

Stone lacks speed to make up for mistakes. On the bright side of Stone, he is an extremely smart football IQ player. Stone is good at reading plays and knowing what is coming before the play starts.

The Ravens are set at starting safety but I can see Stone developing as a special teams talent and depth player.
