Short turnaround for Orioles maybe good

The Baltimore Orioles and Tampa Bay Rays played a marathon last night and have a day game that is about to start.  Let’s just say the Orioles and Rays played 18 innings… TWO GAMES IN ONE.  The Orioles lost a heart breaker 3-4 to the Rays as Bud Norris took the loss.

Every player has to be tired, they played to 2am last night.  I am sure both starting pitchers left early so they could get normal rest.  Miguel Gonzalez and Alex Cobb are pitching and I expect a pitching duel.

This could be good for the Orioles though because they get right back at it and do not have any time to think about that heartbreaking loss.  It could also be bad, the bats might be even more tired and Matt Wieters who caught every inning last night will not be available.
