Redskins sign Josh Johnson

The Washington Redskins have signed Josh Johnson (QB) following Colt McCoy’s (QB) injury against the Eagles Monday. Johnson has played 29 NFL games with the Browns, Buccaneers and Bengals, starting five of those games. Johnson completed 96 of 177 passes for 1,042 yards and 10 touchdowns from 2009-2013. The Redskins have lost two quarterbacks to injured fibulas and can’t afford anymore. Mark Sanchez (QB) who was brought in following Alex Smith’s (QB) injury will start Sunday against the Giants.
