Redskins release veteran Ziggy Hood
The Washington Redskins have released defensive lineman Ziggy Hood (NT) as of Tuesday 10/16/18. Ziggy Hood was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2009 and signed by the Washington Redskins in 2016. Ziggy played 27 games in the past two seasons with the Redskins as nose tackle and end tackle but have only played in 48 snaps this season before his release.
