Redskins Re-sign Brian Quick

The Washington Redskins have re-signed wide receiver Brian Quick to a one-year contract. Quick was orginally drafted in the second round of the 2012 NFL draft by the St. Louis Rams.

As of last year, Quick was at the end of the Redskins’ bench. Quick has spent the last two years with the Redskins racking up nine receptions for 94 yards.

Quick was cut from the Redskins last year, but re-signed early in the year. Quick is not quite the wide receiver splash that fans, but most likely a depth signing to be used in case of emergency.

Quick will still need to make the team out of camp, which is far from a given.
