Redskins Day 2 Preview
Last night everything went according to plan for the Redskins. They were able to pick their guy, Chase Young, at number 2. Unfortunately, though, they weren’t able to find a suitable trade for Trent Williams. In addition to that, most potential suiters ended up drafting offensive tackles, making the potential for a trade even harder. At this point, the most likely option is to try and send him to the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings hold the 58th pick in the draft so if a deal will be made it will be a while until that happens if not still lookout for him to go tomorrow.
For the pick that the Skins already have, the 66th, there are a lot of ways that the Skins could go. In my opinion, the best option for them is to go after a tight end. The Skins have been having tight end problems for years and a player like Cole Kmet out of Notre Dame could solve those. There is a chance he could be taken by their 66th pick but only time will tell.
