The Baltimore Ravens lost to the San Diego Chargers 34 to 33 in a game that the Ravens led for nearly the entire game.  The offense put up the points and moved the ball but had to settle for a few too many field goals.  The defense was the problem in this game.

Quarterback: Joe Flacco had a very good game.  Flacco threw two touchdowns and no interceptions.  Flacco also had a 104.9 quarterback rating, he was not the problem.  Flacco also had a rushing touchdown.  Grade B+

Running backs: Justin Forsett continues to dominate and he broke 1,000 rushing yards for the season.  Forsett rushed for 106 yards.  Bernard Pierce was ineffective.  Grade B+

Receivers: Torrey Smith lead the Ravens with two touchdowns and six receptions.  Kamar Aiken had three receptions for 51 yards.  Steve Smith Sr. had one of his worst games with only one catch.  Smith Sr. admitted to playing “terrible” and had several drops.  Grade B

Offensive Line: The offensive line cleared some big running holes for Justin Forsett.  The line also defending Flacco well and did not allow a sack.  Grade B+

Overall: A solid day for the Ravens offense.  A few drives stalled but the offense played well enough to win
