The Baltimore Ravens fell to the Indianapolis professional football team 20 to 13.  It was a rough day for the offense, that had several turnovers and played sloppy.  The offense never really had the ball long enough to get into a good rhythm.

Quarterback: It was a tough day to be Joe Flacco as he was pressured the entire game.  Flacco was sacked four times and rarely had time to throw the ball.  Flacco played well when he had a chance but his final numbers do not show that.  Flacco finished the game with an interception and 65.1 quarterback rating.  Grade B

Running backs: The running game worked well and averaged six yards per carry but they were bad in third and fourth downs.  Justin Forsett had the Ravens lone touchdown.  The running game did not have a chance to get on track as even Forsett only had six carries.  Bernard Pearce had a four carries for 30 yards.  Grade B

Receivers: Steve Smith Sr. fumbled on the first Ravens play of the game, not a good way to start.  Smith Sr. set the pace for a weird game.  Owen Daniels led the receivers with five receptions for 70 yards.  The receivers need to step it up and start making plays, Daniels and Smith Sr. are the only Ravens receivers who are making catches consistently.  Grade D

Offensive line: The offensive line was not as good as it was in past games.  James Hurst did not play well at all and left Flacco running for his life or sacked when he just got the ball.  This was the fatal flaw of the Ravens.  Grade E

Overall: The Ravens barely had the ball and needed to turn to the run game.  The Ravens were down most of the game and running was not an option late.  Poor day overall by the offense.  Grade D
