The Baltimore Ravens beat the Carolina Panthers 38 to 10 on Sunday.  The defense only gave up ten points so you can bet this is another good report card.  For the report card on the offense go here.

Defensive Line:  The defensive line really did a good job maintaining the Panthers running game.  The defensive line also did a good job pressuring Cam Newton.  The Panthers were held to 67 total rushing yards the entire game.  Grade A

Linebackers: C.J. Mosley continues to live up to the hype of the Ravens first round pick.  Mosley lead the Ravens with 11 tackles and Daryl Smith also had a strong game.  Terrell Suggs finally got his first half of a sack despite playing with an injury.  Elvis Dumervil had a good day with 1.5 sacks.  Grade A

Secondary:  Communication break downs continue to hurt the secondary.  The Panthers only touchdown came on a bad read.  Jimmy Smith and Asa Jackson played well and Terrence Brooks looked good in the action that he got.  Grade B

Overall: The secondary and pass rush are the only things the Ravens have to worry about on the defense.  The defensive line and linebackers have been more than solid.  Grade A

Special Teams: Justin Tucker missed a long field goal but nailed everything else. The coverage teams have been lock down all season.  Grade B+

Coaching Staff: The Ravens coaching staff has the Ravens at three and one and this game was not even a contest.  The Ravens second blow out in four games.  Grade A
