Ravens release WR Lasley sign LB Grigsby

The Baltimore Ravens have released wide receiver Jordan Lasley and signed linebacker Nicolas Grigsby. Lasley was a fifth round draft pick of the Ravens last season. Lasley fell in the draft because of off the field issues.

Lasley has had a rough training camp and yesterday he got into a fight with defensive backs and threw a football into a pond. The Ravens have made it clear in recent years that they want good team players. Harbaugh did say the fight did not have anything to do with Lasley’s release.

The Ravens must have been very disappointed in Lasley to give up on him this early. The Ravens are stacked with young wide receivers and he clearly did not fit in the Ravens plans.

Grigsby is a veteran linebacker with 15 career tackles. Grigsby went undrafted in the 2016 draft and bounced around the league. Grigsby is a depth signing.
