Ravens sign Rainey, more roster moves

The Baltimore Ravens have made some interesting roster moves this morning; adding a running back to the roster and two lineman to the practice squad.

The Ravens have brought back Bobby Rainey, this time to the 53 man roster, due to Terrance West’s injury this past Sunday.

Rainey is a veteran who start his career with the Ravens in 2012.  Rainey has 1,053 rushing yards and eight total touchdowns, in his career.  Rainey also has an impressive 1,375 total return yards, in his career.

Center Derrick Nelson and defensive tackle Kapron Lewis-Moore were both signed to the practice squad, likely due to Matt Skura’s and Carl Davis’ injuries sustained Sunday as well.

Hopefully these are just short-term, spot filling signings and that the injured players above can get back to full health soon.
