Ravens interested in bringing back Pagano
The Baltimore Ravens have reportedly made contact with former Indianapolis professional football team head coach Chuck Pagano, according to Jeff Zrebiec. Pagano was the Ravens defensive coordinator in 2011 and finished third in defense that season.
The Ravens obviously are interested in bringing back Pagano as a defensive coordinator. Pagano is a great defensive coordinator and was very liked in his time in Baltimore.
With Dean Pees retiring from the Ravens as their defensive coordinator the Ravens have an open spot.
As I said on our twitter I would love to see Pagano back with the Ravens. I think Pagano is a better defensive coordinator than Dean Pees. Pagano is a great motivator too.
Here is the tweets from Zrebiec’s twitter.
The Ravens have spoken to former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano, trying to lure him back to Baltimore to be the defensive coordinator, per colleague @MikePrestonSun. Ravens have other options, but he appears to be their focus at this point.

In Pagano's one season as Ravens defensive coordinator in 2011, the team finished with the No.3 ranked defense in the NFL. Would be a nice coup for Ravens to hire him, but it's still early to gauge whether they will.
