Here is the Ravens press release with all the information.

RAVENS COMPLETE M&T BANK STADIUM UPGRADES

The Baltimore Ravens announced Tuesday the completion of a two-year, $35 million improvements project to M&T Bank Stadium, which includes audio/visual upgrades and new concourse features that enhance the game-day experience for fans.

Fans can take pleasure in the new stadium features firsthand when the Ravens host the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday, Aug. 7 at 7:30 p.m. in their first 2014 preseason game.

“We are pleased with the results of our stadium upgrades,” Ravens vice president of stadium operations Roy Sommerhof said. “The initial improvements we made last year were well-received by our fans, and those who sit in the upper level will really take notice to the recent changes in our stadium.”

The renovations began in the spring of 2013 with “Ravenized” concourse designs, new high-definition video boards at Gates A and D and remodeled concession stands first coming to the stadium’s lower level. Over the past several months, the project’s final phase focused on upgrading upper deck amenities.

Recent improvements include the addition of two specialty bars on the west side of the building as well as four new portable upper level retail stores. Improved cell phone service will also be accessible, as Sprint and AT&T are now included on the stadium wide DAS network. (AT&T will be available beginning with the first regular season game.)

Along with improving all general lighting and directional signage, the installation of new color changing LED fixtures will provide aesthetic to the building’s exterior. Also, inside the stadium, four large LED screens measuring 6 feet tall and 22 feet wide have been added to the upper level concourse.

The club level artwork has also been refreshed to present a display of the Ravens’ two Super Bowl seasons, detailing the franchise’s proud history.

The concession stands have undergone complete restoration with all new equipment to provide quicker service, higher-quality foods and expanded menu items, which will be displayed on digital menu boards. Complementing the concessions, all upper level condiment stands have been replaced and re-designed to provide wider selections in a more ergonomic layout.

M&T Bank Stadium, the first outdoor professional sports facility to earn a LEED Gold Certification for outstanding sustainability standards – doing so in November of 2013 – will also have new trash and recycling containers along the upper concourse and in all suites.
