Ramirez traded to Pittsburgh
The Baltimore Orioles have made another roster move, trading right-handed pitcher Yefry Ramirez to the Pittsburgh Pirates for a player to be named later or cash considerations.
Ramirez, 25, was 0-2 with a 6.97 ERA in four games with the Orioles this season. Ramirez spent most of the season with Triple-A Norfolk, where he was 1-1 with a 1.50 ERA in four games.
The Orioles acquired Ramirez from the New York Yankees in 2017 in exchange for international signing bonus pool money.
