Latest from Cleveland-The Cavaliers ended their five-game losing streak, with a blowout victory over the Charlotte Hornets, which was led by Jordan Clarkson, who scored 24 points off the bench, and center Tristan Thompson who had a double-double (11 points-21 rebounds). Cleveland is without their top player, forward Kevin Love, who is out of action for up to six weeks, after having surgery on his broken foot. The Cavaliers, as a team are banged up currently, as Cedi Osman, who did not play Tuesday night, will be a game-time decision with a back injury. Kyle Korver, who has been mentioned in trade rumors and did not play Tuesday night as well, will be a game-time decision as he is nursing a foot injury. Besides Clarkson, who now leads the team in scoring (15.8 ppg), keep an eye out for guards Rodney Hood, George Hill and Collin Sexton, who are all averaging double figures in scoring. Thompson, who is one of the veterans remaining from the championship team several years ago, is averaging 10 points and 11 rebounds in 2018-19.

Latest from Washington-Washington won back-to-back for the first time this season, and playing the second game of a current five-game homestand, the longest of the season. In the last five games, Wall is averaging 24 points and 10 assists per game, while shooting nearly 48% from the field. In the last five games, Green has been on a tear for the Wizards, as he is shooting 63% from the field, and is averaging 14 points and 6 rebounds a game.
