Orioles vs Indians game one preview

The Baltimore Orioles will look to snap the six game losing streak Friday, when the Cleveland Indians come to Camden Yards for a four game series.

Game one will be Orioles ace Dylan Bundy (0-2, 1.40) vs RHP Trevor Bauer (1-1, 2.25). Bundy has been a bright spot for the Orioles, even with a disappointing April for the Orioles. Having made four starts this season its crazy to think that Bundy doesn’t have a win yet but hopefully today’s the day and the birds offense will show up in game one of a ten game home stand.  Through four starts Bundy has a 1.09 WHIP, averaging around 10 strikeouts per game, and coming off his shortest start of 5.2IP vs Boston look for Bundy to get back to normal.

I feel like I have been saying this to often but yet again Orioles bats haven’t seen much success pervasively against Trevor Bauer. Baltimore hitters vs Bauer with success include Manny Machado (.677, 12AB, & 3HR) and with limited at-bats Tim Beckham will look to add on from his 3-for-4 game Thursday, batting .333 in 3AB vs Bauer.

Boogies Prediction:

I have that feeling that the Orioles are getting tired of not scoring runs and with Davis, and Beckham picking things up from their bad starts I think tonights the night. Orioles win 8-2 & Bundy gets his first W of the season.
