Orioles manager Brandon Hyde named Manager of the Year

The Baltimore Orioles manager Brandon Hyde was named Manager of the Year, by Sporting News Magazine. It is a huge accomplishment and big award for Hyde and the Orioles who recently announced that their whole coaching staff will return for the 2023 season.

The Orioles went from a 52 win and 110 loss recond to 83 win and 79 loss record. The Orioles improved by 31 wins when they were projected to have another losing season. The 2022 season had many magical moments and walk-offs for the Orioles and Hyde’s leadership was a huge part of it.

The Orioles were in the AL Wild Card race until the final week of the season. The Orioles look to improve in 2023, this is a very well deserved award for Hyde and his Orioles.
