Nationals Lineups: 3/4/18

The Nationals will play not one, but two Spring Training games today. One against the Tigers at 1:05, and one against the Mets at 1:10. These two games allow more players to get reps and looks. The lineups are as follows:

vs. Tigers

  1. Howie Kendrick-2B
  2. Anthony Rendon-3B
  3. Bryce Harper-RF
  4. Matt Adams-1B
  5. Matt Wieters-C
  6. Miguel Montero-DH
  7. Victor Robles-CF
  8. Andrew Stevenson-LF
  9. Matt Reynolds-SS
  10. Gio Gonzalez-P

vs. Mets

  1. Trea Turner-SS
  2. Wilmer Difo-2B
  3. Michael A Taylor-CF
  4. Brian Goodwin-LF
  5. Chris Dominguez-1B
  6. Kelvin Gutierrez-3B
  7. Pedro Severino-C
  8. Spencer Kieboom-DH
  9. Rafael Bautista-RF
  10. Edwin Jackson-P

One thing to watch for today is the battle of the catchers. All three (Wieters, Montero, and Severino) are in one of the lineups either as a catcher or a DH today. Of course, all Nats fans should also continue to watch the promising Spring Training of young star-in-the-making Victor Robles as he fights for an outfield spot.
