Washington Nationals lineup: 9-18-2018

Here’s the Washington Nationals lineup for tonight’s game against the Miami Marlins.

Adam Eaton – RF
Trea Turner – SS
Bryce Harper – CF
Anthony Rendon – 3B
Juan Soto – LF
Ryan Zimmerman – 1B
Matt Wieters – C
Wilmer Difo – 2B
Stephen Strasburg – P

After letting last night’s game slip through the bullpen’s fingers, the Nationals look to Stephen Strasburg (8-7, 3.87 ERA)  to take the game deep in his start tonight in Miami. Strasburg was strong in his last outing, giving up only one run and striking out nine in seven innings.

Sandy Alcantara (2-0, 1.42 ERA) takes the mound for the Marlins. Although this will be only his fourth major league start, Alcantara has pitched like a veteran. In two starts this month, the right-handed pitcher has given up only two earned runs and struck out twelve in 14 IP.
