Nationals Lineup: 3/25/18
In their final Spring Training game, the Nationals will take on the Cardinals with Stephen Strasburg on the mound. Their lineup is as follows:
- Adam Eaton-LF
- Anthony Rendon-3B
- Bryce Harper-RF
- Howie Kendrick-2B
- Matt Adams-1B
- Trea Turner-SS
- Michael A Taylor-CF
- Matt Wieters-C
- Stephen Strasburg-P
This lineup is…interesting. I can’t tell the thinking behind putting Anthony Rendon in the two hole while Howie Kendrick is in the cleanup spot. And Trea Turner is in the six hole…and Michael A Taylor batting seventh. It seems they might use Rendon’s pop in the middle of the lineup with so many viable options for the two hole who are faster. Either way, this game will close out 2018 Spring Training for the Nationals, as opening day is in just four days.
