MSB Washington Nationals 2019 Record Predictions

Washington Nationals stadium in Washington, DC.

The Washington Nationals are four days away from regular season baseball in the nation’s capital, and the team that will have you covered all year long at Maryland Sports Blog have their predictions ready! Last season the team ended with a 82-80 record, second in the National League East, and eight games back to the division champion Atlanta Braves (90-72). With rookie manager Dave Martinez in his learning year and a helping hand of inconsistency, the club underachieved in practically every area. This season they are looking to reclaim their spot as NL East champions and as one of the best teams in the MLB.

Team predictions for the 2019 regular season (162 games):

Sydnee: 93-69

Zach: 98-64

Skylar: 92-70

Ansh: 92-70

Chloe: 89-73

We will revisit these numbers at the end of the season to see who was the closest, in the meantime get ready for baseball. The Nationals first game/series will be against the New York Mets on Thursday, who finished fourth in the East.
