Monday Night Raw Recap 11/26/2018

Dolph Ziggler Pushes Seth Rollins to the Brink

In a near replay of the first time Dolph Ziggler took the Intercontinental Title from Rollins during an open challenge, two of the most dynamic superstars on the Raw roster gave the crowd a 5-star performance. Ziggler and Rollins traded high flying maneuvers, from a zig-zag to a superplex into a falcon arrow. Despite the fact that these two had a very similar rivalry only a few months back, they were still bale to excite and surprise a lot of fans with the match they put together on Raw.

Baron Corbin Continues to get Help from his Friends

In the main event on Monday night, Baron Corbin faced off against Finn Balor. Although these two have had an on again off again feud like Ziggler and Rollins, they are not exactly main event material together. To make matters worse, Corbin announced mid match that the match was now a handicap match, throwing Drew McIntyre into the mix. Shortly after the announcement, the match ended with McIntyre and Corbin victorious. In another display of power, Bobby Lashley joined the two in the ring and dismantled Balor even more to close the show.

Alexa Bliss Stirs the Pot

The newly appointed head of the Raw Womens Divison Alexa Bliss had quite the Monday night. In the ring, Bliss sat down with Sasha Banks and Bayley and tried to drive a wedge between the two. Instead, Sasha and Bayley stood strong, and even fended off a challenge from Alicia Fox, Dana Brooke, and Mickie James. Though this storyline is somewhat jumbled, there is sure to be some kind of match to come out of this for the TLC pay-per-view event coming up.

Other Thing You May Have Missed

Jinder Mahal remained relatively irrelevant with a scrub-time victory over No Way Jose. Bobby Lashley defeated Elias in a match that seemed like a way to occupy talent that has no path forward at the moment. Nia Jax came out to the ring and attempted to talk down to the rest of the womens division including Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. Instead, it was more like a poorly put together monologue, and made it really difficult to take her seriously as a heel.
