May the 4th be with you; Orioles to celebrate Star Wars night at the park

In popular culture, May the 4th has become an unofficial holiday to fans of the Star Wars series of movies. Tonight, the Baltimore Orioles jump in on the celebration by sponsoring giveaways, characters and other Star Wars themed events.

The first 20,000 fans in the park ages 15 and over will receive a Star Wars night BB-8 Beanie. In addition, there were packages available that will get fans the beanie as well as an exclusive bullpen pregame party, plus each fan will receive a Trey & BB-8 Bobblehead (those packages are sold out but can be found on the secondary market. )

The evening will feature appearances by some of your favorite Star Wars characters. Tickets are still available for tonight’s 7:05 first pitch.
